DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery is carried out by a courier company hired by Themoon-shop.eu to the address specified by the user. The user undertakes to provide access and a contact person to receive and pay for the ordered products. If the client (or a person authorized by them) is not found at the agreed delivery time and cannot be contacted by phone at the time of delivery, the shipment is returned to the courier’s office pending the user’s request.
If the user has hired another person to receive the shipment on their behalf, then the user (who placed the original order) has no right to raise objections regarding the delivery or return of the shipment.
Delivery costs are borne by the user.
Themoon-shop.eu or a representative of the courier company undertakes to notify the user by phone or email if sudden circumstances arise that prevent the timely execution of the delivery.
If the user provides an incomplete, incorrect or wrong address or phone number when placing the order, the order is considered invalid and Themoon-shop.eu has no obligation to fulfill it!

REFUSAL OF DELIVERED GOODS

THE PRODUCTS MUST BE TRIED ON UPON RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT.

The user may refuse ordered and delivered products in the following cases:

a) visible discrepancy between the delivered product and the ordered one, which can be determined by a simple inspection of the product;
b) the goods have suffered a defect during transport;
c) the price upon delivery does not match the previously agreed price;
d) the delivery deadline has not been met;
e) for shoes: if the size is larger or smaller than required.
The above complaints apply at the time of receiving the order. After accepting the shipment, the recipient has no right of return!
